apostrophe not being permitted in email

    When I use the email field in a form, it is not allowing emails with apostrophes in the user name, such as o'shannesy@mydomain.com

    Apostrophes are legal in an email address, was wondering if this can be looked at?

    Yes, we will look into it and make the necessary changes to insure they are allowed in our next update.

    Was there any solution for this? I am currently having this issue while trying to add a "send to email" address into the notifications
