Assign forms to different users

  1. Is there a way that you can assign a form created to different users so only those users can see the form that was assigned to them in the admin section. Reason is, I am running a website that lists hundreds of properties and on the property listing page is a gravity form to send in information. Well, when the information is sent it is stored as entries for that form so the user that created the post listing should be the only one able to see that form. I don't want other users to be able to see the form entry that was submitted if they are not the one that is supposed to get leads from that property listing.

If there is no way of doing this yet, I think this should be a Number 1 priority for gravity forms. Wordpress has a lot of users that can access the admin panel and there should be a way to have forms that only certain users can see if they are assigned to that form instead of everyone being able to have access to that form.

  2. There is currently no way to do this. Gravity Forms permissions are not that granular. I'll move this to feature requests. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.
