authorize.net menu item is has disappeared

  1. We discovered an important omission in our WordPress control panel today (for caspca.org). In the control panel Forms Menu, the authorize.net menu item is has disappeared (and thus, no way to get to the auth.net form settings). See link below. I deactivated the auth.net plugin, then re-activated, same result. I did not deactive followed by a re-install. Please advise.

    Thank you.

  2. Are you running the latest versions of GF and Authorize.net?

  3. I don't know about auth.net, but we are not running the latest GF. I didn't think GF upgrades were mandatory, do we get upgrades free during our first year? Is this why were not seeing GF in our CP Forms Menu?

    Please advise.

Aside: I am in the midst of moving and will be able to turn my attention back to the site on Friday.

    Thank you,

  4. As long as you have a valid license key you get free updates to the plugin, which we regularly do and we ask that you always stay current so we can better troubleshoot. At any time you can download the plugin and add-ons here:

or via automatic update in your WP admin.

  5. Hi Rob,

Thanks so much for your help. I've been away this week, but just sat down with our site and saw that both GF and Auth.net had updates available. I updated both and all is right again. Thanks very much, have a great weekend!
