Authorize.net Recurring Billing Question

  1. I set up the recurring billing with one of my forms, have the option checked for ARB in the Authorize.net settings, and also have it set up with Authorize.net in my account on their site. But when I test it out, it doesn't seem to show anywhere in my account on their site. It sends me an email, and the payment goes through, but it doesn't show that they're signed up for the ARB. Does gravity forms automatically charge them every month, and it doesn't actually set up with ARB from Authorize.net? Or if it's supposed to, what else can I do to get it to work, and show up under my ARB subscribers on the authorize.net site?

  2. Gravity Forms does not handle anything on an ongoing basis like that. Once the form is submitted, Gravity Forms is done. I will ask the developers about the problem you're having. It's the weekend now so we won't hear anything until Monday at the soonest. Thanks for your patience.
