Authorize.net settings not showing

Just installed and trying to setup a test form to use Authorize.net add-on. Some background:
    WP 3.3.1
    GF 1.6.7
    GF Authorize.net add-on 1.2.1

Install seemed to go fine. Set up test form with credit card fields. Here is the problem:
    1. When I Add New authorize.net feed, it says Feed updated with no error or issue noted. But then on the list there is no Authorize.net form (feed).
    2. In settings / Add-ons / Authorize.net page is empty. Looks like page is not loading succesfully.

    Plugin conflict? JQuery issue?

Sorry no forms published yet. Would like to hear theories about why #1 is occurring because there is no error being reported.

    Thanks,
    Ted

  2. It could be due to a theme or plugin conflict. Please check by testing using these instructions http://rkt.gs/testing

It could also be due to lack of memory. Do you know how much RAM PHP has (from php.ini or php info()).

  3. Any chance you guys were able to find a solution to this error. I'm getting nothing when I go to the authorize.net settings in the form settings. I have tested for theme and plugin conflicts and still get the same results. Any other ideas?

    Thanks
    Rich

  4. What do you mean "nothing"? Is the screen just blank? If so, check with your host for error logs. A blank screen usually means a 500 Internal Server Error which should be logged. The log entry will help us find the problem.

It could be a memory error. Can you find out how much RAM is available to PHP and WordPress?
