Auto login upon form submission?

    I have successfully intergrated the User Registration add on with BuddyPress where at the submission of the form a new user is created and the profile data populates the BuddyPress profile but the newly created user is not logged in. I need to user to be automagically logged in at the end of the form. Please help.

    There are issues with being able to automatically log the user in due to how WordPress works and how things are executed. So that is why it has not been added as a built in feature.

    It can be implemented, but only as a customization. David (our developer who works on the User Registration Add-On) posted a code snippet and discusses how to do this as a customization here:
