    Project: Setup Gravity Forms to work with Service X

    Description:
    2 fields (can be moved in the form, not requiered to be one after another).
    1st field - City - have autocompleate from the list entered

    2nd field - Phone number - when the city is in list prepends city phone code to it
    It should not be a dropdown but an autocompleate
