I have certain clients who like to employ birth dates in their forms to comply with the COPPA law. Unfortunately, the standard date field only goes back 10 years.
So - two requests.
1) Make start and end years configurable, including a current date +/- option.
2) Add a more traditional "three drop down" presentation option that allows a user to go back as far as they need to.
