Buddypress Multisite - Membership & Prosite - User & Site Registration

    Hi,

    I am creating have a multisite with Buddypress. It uses WPMU Dev Membership & Prosite plugins to for membership capabilities and 'pay to blog' capabilities.

    I would like to change the registration page. To
    * change the order questions
    * include additional information for Buddypress

    I would like to change the Site Creation (only available to logged in users) to
    * include additional information
    * remove the privacy question on site registration (I would like that set as default to No - so sites do not appear in search engines and visible across the network)

    Currently the Gravity Forms User Registration Add-On can be used to create a user AND a site as part of the process.

    There isn't currently a way to create a form that just creates a Site if the user is already registered. It can currently only be done as part of one registration process.
