I have a very similar request as the link below but need to clarify. Pretty much the same need but don't need to email them a unique password and creating them as a WP user is less important than just importing them in to the form entries. I don't know what the "non-official Directory plugin" is. I have the directory plugin; are there more than one?
If using Gravity Forms isn't going to work, do you know a way to achieve this?

Text from the link above...
User:
I have a country club that wants to display their members to other members. The non-official Directory plugin looks like it will be perfect. However, it of course just outputs the form entries for a particular form.
Is there a way I can bulk import users (like with a CSV) that both creates the WP users (and emails them a unique password?) and also puts them into the form entries for this particular form.
Thanks for your help.

This isn't something you are going to be able to do with Gravity Forms. The User Registration Add-On is only designed to integrate with a form.
If you need to import users you will need to look on http://www.wordpress.org's plugin repository for a user import tool. I'm sure they exist.
