Can Gravity Form do this for me?

  1. I'm thinking about purchasing this plugin but I would like to know if it can help me with the following features before I purchase it!

    1) Can GF get the title of the post/page where I put the form and display it so the visitor will know what they are contacting for? I will mainly use this form for a tour booking so I would like our visitors know which tour they are booking and the tour name should be also included in the email which is sent to our sales staff?

    2) Is it possible to have more than one form fields in one line/row? because I will have many form fields so it will not look good for a long list of fields!

    3) Can GF get the IP address of visitors and include it in the email sent to the administrator?

    4) I heard that GF has pricing fields so if a tour has different prices for adults, children and infants, is it possible for GF to calculate the price based on the number of adults, number of child, number of infants then make the total amount?

    5) Can GF get the email of the visitor who submits the form then make it "From Email" so our sales staff/administrator just reply that email without typing again the email of the visitor?

I hope to hear from you soon!

    Thanks!
    Darian
