I'm very interested in purchasing Gravity Forms Plugin.
But i have one question.
Can i create a form like this?

Expecially i'm interested in the possibility to copy personal user information to user billing information.

The "copy personal information to billing information" is not a feature of Gravity Forms, but that can be enabled using JavaScript to copy values from some fields to other fields, before the form is submitted. The rest of the form appears to be no problem. You will need a developer license to use the PayPal Payments Pro or Authorize.net add-on to accept credit card payments as this form is showing.
