Can I use Gravity as a publisher

  1. I'm setting up a news blog for a national organization that has 24 people who can publish news items regarding their local chapter. The people (even the editor) change once a year so I need a blog where they can post their notices quickly and easily straight from a web page form and without any password hassle. I don't want them to have to log into the back end and having to learn the system. Can I do this with Gravity? The process is as follows.

    1. The person goes to a web page that includes an open form.
    2. He fills out the form (a news item) and saves it.
    3. The editor gets a notification via email.
    4. The news item shows up in the Wordpress content management back-end as a new unpublished post.
    5. The editor checks the article, makes possible changes and clicks publish if its ok.

  2. Yep, you can do this with GF. By default, posts that get created are set to drafts, but can be changed to other statuses as well.
