Cannot add credit card field

I have just installed the version 1.1 of the Authorize.net. I am using that with User Registration 1.4 and gravity forms 1.6.4.3.2. I have been setting up a credit card form, but I get the following error when trying to add the Credit Card field to the form.

I click on credit card field and it doesn't add, and I get this on my console.

Just one more thing. I tried running on no conflict mode, and I still get the error.

  3. I couldn't replicate that error on my dev site. Could you please follow the instructions here to test for a theme/plugin conflict:

    Rob,

I have followed the instructions, and disabled all the plugins and used the Twenty Ten theme. I have Wordpress 3.3.2. PHP 5.2. I am not sure what else to try, it is a fresh WP install.

  5. Do you have any issues adding or editing any other fields? Perhaps, try to uninstall and reinstall Gravity Forms.
