Can't add new form

    I'm a new user, just purchased and installed - when I click new form the right side just shows blank white space?? Can anyone suggest how to resolve this? THANKS!

    I also have this problem - what is the solution. I am using php 5.2.15 and mySQL 5.1.52 and WP 3.0.4.

    Hi Eyarnell,

    This is most likely a plugin conflict. Try deactivating your other plugins and verifying whether the issue persists.
