Can't Create a Mailchimp Feed - Ajax Error

    Once I've added my Mailchimp API Key and try to make a new feed for my form to dump into a mailchimp list, I can select the List from the first dropdown but I get an Ajax error when I try to select my form.

    I have tried reverting the theme to twenty ten and twenty twelve, as well as turning off all plugins except gravity forms (and GF mail chimp) and I have also increased my website memory to 256MB, as well as the PHP execution time to 60 seconds.

    At this point I'm not sure what to do to fix the problem.

    Are you using a caching plugin? If so, changing plugins/themes might not help as cached versions can still be shown. Can you check to see if in Forms -> Settings that No Conflict is on? Are you running the latest Gravity Forms and WordPress versions?
