Can't Get MailChimp Authentication to Confirm

  1. I'm having a problem getting the MailChimp plugin authenticated into our website with the Google Analytics steps. When I try to authenticate, I get the following error:

The page you have requested cannot be displayed. Another site was requesting access to your Google Account, but sent a malformed request. Please contact the site that you were trying to use when you received this message to inform them of the error. A detailed error message follows:

The site "http://deepripples.com" has not been registered.

I've tried reverting back to the default theme and disabling all plugins, but still continue to get the error. Can anyone provide any help? I'd really appreciate it.

  2. What are the "Google Analytics steps"? I'm unfamiliar with what you're trying to do. If you can, post screenshots at one of the free image hosting services and paste the links here so we can see where you're seeing these messages.

  4. This looks like more of an issue with MailChimp and their Analytics360 plugin than really anything to do with the Gravity Forms integration between GF and MailChimp.

  5. Although, I'm also having a problem with this step never resolving: http://screencast.com/t/yg92FyEx

  6. In this screenshot it appears the issue is with the Crowd Favorite Analytics 360 plugin. That is not something we can help you with.

In this topic please check for theme and plugin conflicts by following these instructions http:/rkt.gs/testing - I know you said you did previously, but maybe that was not while trying to fix this latest report with the spinner getting hung when selecting a Gravity Form.

Whenever Gravity Forms admin hangs like that, it's usually a JavaScript error in the middle of Gravity Forms jQuery causing the problem.
