Can't show the User Registration Form on the woocommerce theme

  1. Hi there,

I've created a User Registration form for this page (http://kanken2.chiliconsulting.com/my-account/) with additional Gender and Birthday fields. However the form doesn't appear in the front end. I've check if there is theme conflict ->No; plug-ins conflict ->No; Low memory -> Already add more memory but still failed; and I also enabled Custom Registration Page but still I can't find any problem.

Would you please help? I'm using woocommerce plugin and want to use this form to replace the default wordpress registration form. Very appreciate for your help!

  2. I can't tell from the display if the form is here or not: http://minus.com/lbxtX8ZkB7kjvG

Can you tell me what is going on on this page?

  3. Yes. This page is the "my-account" page that allow new users to register and for log-in.
The left side is "log-in" for existing users and only shows ID & Password fields.
The right side is "Registration" but all the fields are the default fields by the theme.
I added 2 more fields (gender and birthday) in the right side for Registration but they are not appearing.
Any more information I should provide? Thanks.

  4. Can you try creating a new page, then use that page as the custom registration page? That will take care of redirecting any wp-login.php requests and sending them to this page. But it's odd that your registration form does not display correctly, regardless of the "custom registration page" setting.

If you embed just the registration form in a new page, does it display correctly? If not, please post the link to this new temporary page and we'll take a look. Thank you.
