Capsule CRM & Gravity Forms: Do they work together? (pre-sales question)

  1. Apologies for the double posting. Apparently when I posted this same question last night, I did so in the "clients only" section of the forum and now can't view the growing thread that I started. :(

Question is: I'm evaluating Gravity forms and can see that there are few threads in the protected area of this forum about how to get Gravity to work with Capsule CRM. (e.g. a href="http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/need-help-trying-to-integrate-with-capsule-crm-forms">Need help...trying to integrate with Capsule CRM forms</a.>) Is there an easy way for a non-developer to do this? What I want to be able to do is have someone fill out a form on a website, upon submit they get access to some free content (download or video) and the form data gets sent to Capsule. How would I be able to do this with Gravity?

Thanks so much for your thoughts advance, especially to spivurno who already posted a reply to this in the client protected section.

  3. My quest is to integrate GF with a CRM called BNTouch. BNTouch requires the use of their field names / IDs, many of which have names like "3389735" and "3389740" as well as ones like name_1.

    Any suggestions on approach here?
