I'm using your registration form addon. Very cool.
Though I can't seem to change the submit button text?
It's is default 'Send'
I tried using jQuery to change it but because my form uses ajax, if the form has an error then it goes back to the default 'Send'.
Any ideas? thanks very much.
If you are using jQuery to change it and it works one time, you just need to change it every time to ensure it stays changed. Try the gform_page_loaded event:

Additionally, you might consider using the default Form Settings to "permanently" change the text for the submit button on this form.
Interesting, I use gravity forms all the time and this is the way I would usually do it...
This is what I tried first time, but the result of my button is still 'Send'
I've definitely hit update the form. This is why I was using jQuery as a dirty fix. I would rather change the send text permanently via gforms.
