changing API key not refreshing lists

  1. Hi. I set up a WP site on a dev server using this MailChimp addon using the API from a test account with a test list.

I'm trying to now change the API and Lists to reflect the production account, and it's not working.

I can't get the new lists to show up, always the old test lists show up, even if I change the API key.

I tried going to Forms -> Settings and deleting all Gravity Forms data. I deleted Gravity Forms plugin and all addons.

I got to the point where I could change the API key, but still old lists show up when trying to create a new MailChimp feed.

How can I reset this plugin data so it will allow proper API key and Lists?

  2. That was not my experience. I had an existing installation with a Mailchimp API key, and I changed it to another account's API. Then I went to check the feeds I had mapped, and when I checked the pull down for the Mailchimp lists, the list were for the new account.

Did you try the red button on the Mailchimp tab of the settings page which says "Uninstall MailChimp Add-On"? That will delete everything in the database as well. This is the URL but for your site http://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=gf_settings&addon=MailChimp

Can you try a completely different browser to ensure there is nothing cached? You can also check for theme and plugin conflicts. http://rkt.gs/testing . If none of this works, I have an alpha version of a logging add-on which I can send you to help debug this. Here is an example of the logging. http://pastebin.com/ivMkmWpS The us1 key is the new API key I entered. The old one was us2. The actual key has been changed in the log. Line 8 in this log is where the 2 new lists from this new API key/account are pulled in.

  3. I had reset GF but not MC. That did the trick. I didn't see that button before. Thanks for the link, that helped find it again since it's not real obvious.

    [RESOLVED]
    Thanks!
