Hi,
I would like to offer the ability for a visitor to complete a form, and upon submitting and arriving on the thank you page present the opportunity to make a payment.
So we need to collect the first form submission and on the thank you page, ask for payment to prioritize their request.
Please let me know what options there are for this if this is possible.

If you want to do this with Gravity Forms, you could make a second form that is tied to PayPal using a feed. Then you can place that form shortcode on your form confirmation message area.
If you wanted to link the two together, then you can pass date in the form shortcode on the confirmation message in conjunction with the merge tag drop down to enter the data from form 1 into form 2.
