Compiling Responses

  1. I'm looking to have my members register for upcoming meetings, but I'm curious on how the registration responses are compiled once they register on my website using Gravity Forms.

Each submission is held as its own entry, and would be displayed as such. I'm not sure exactly what you want to know, so if you can provide me with more details, I can give you a more detailed response.

  3. I will have 100 plus people registering for my meetings and once they complete the form to register that they are attending I am wondering where and in what form that information is stored for me to refer to. Is it compiled in a database-like format or do their responses simply get emailed to me? It sounds like from what you have already mentioned that it will be displayed on the back end for me to view?

It will be displayed in our entries screen for you to view, as well, you can have it e-mail you their responses, and you can export the data as a CSV if you so choose. Check out our demo at http://gravityforms.com/demo for a better understanding of how this data is being handled. All my best!
