    Hi,

    I need to have a few questions answered by my visitors (group of checkboxes) and I want to display an upload control only if all the checkboxes are checked : is this possible ?

    You would have to put it in the conditional logic rules. So you would do if ALL of the following is true, and then add a rule for each choice (checkbox 1 is value, checkbox 2 is value, etc...)
