Conditional routing

    Hi guys,

This question has been kind of answered here http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/multiple-subscriber-lists-campaign-monitor but I need a bit more info.

Can the plugin route to multiple emails depending on a selection from a dropdown list.

i.e. there is a dropdown of New York, Chicago, LA and Boston. Each city has 5 stores and the user selects New York, can the plugin then route the submission to all 5 New York store email addresses?

Similarly if the user selects New York, Chicago and Boston can the plugin route to the 15 store emails addresses as required and not to LA stores as that wasn't chosen?

Hope that makes sense, thank you!

  2. You could do it, but it's not built into the form builder routing. You would have to use the available hooks to change where the notifications are sent.

Here's an example of adding BCC addresses from the form submission using the gform_pre_submission_filter.

Thanks Chris, I can't access that link as I'm not yet classified a "user" but if you say I can do it there should be no problem! :)

  4. There will be no problem. I was not sure if the developer docs were accessible to you or not.

I will help you implement it after you make your purchase and get your form set up. It will be no problem and I will be glad to do it.

    Thanks.
