Contextual Forms?

I just wanted to ask a question. Quite some time ago, and unfortunately I don't recall where, I saw a website using what I thought was Gravity Forms to build a form that was very contextual, if that's the right word to call it. What I mean is that it was sort of like the following:

Hi, my name is <field> and I live in the state of <field> and like to <field>.

Obviously where it says field where form fields for user input.

I was wondering if this is possible with GF and if so, if there would be a way for me to combine this with conditional logic on a multi-page form so if for instance the user entered "Illinois" as their location on page one, one page two they would be asked questions specific to that location as opposed to another and at the end of the pages be displayed content based upon their answers across all the pages?

    Thanks!

  2. Indeed! You are thinking of our Mad LIb style demo, which can be found here:

You should be able to create a multi-page form with conditional logic that shows and hides any fields based on answers given to questions. I have not attempted the mad lib style form on a muti-page form, but anything is possible with CSS - this would involve customization on your end to pull off stylistically.
