I have a quiz that's broken up into multiple pages. Sometimes the class for the quiz correct question is applied and my formatting is as well - but after page 3 it is not. I've tried refreshing and clearing my cache but I'm running into the same issue. I have a screenshot I can share showing that I have a correct answer chosen

When I take a look at that screenshot, it appears as though you've selected the wrong answer according to the form builder portion of your screenshot versus the selected answer for that field on your form.
Please re-read my question. Yes, I selected the wrong answer on purpose on the front end of the quiz. In the code (firebug) you can see that I've inspected the element for the correct answer - which is shown on the backend in gravity forms. Thus, if you actually go to the link I provided, you can further see that this happens after page 3.
