Create a donation form with a custom amount

  1. I am trying to create a seamless way for users to select an amount to donate OR enter their own amount using the radio buttons with the authorize.net add-on. Is there a simple way to do this?

Right now, I have two separate fields for the radio option and the product field:

I would like to have something like this where the last field is an open option:

  2. I would add an option to the radio buttons and give it a zero dollar value. Call it "Other". Then add another product (your user-defined amount) and enable conditional logic on that field so that it only shows when the "Other" selection is made in the radio buttons. That way, the box is not present until the "Other" radio button is selected. Would that be cleaner?
