Creating a form which, when submitted, will be saved in my draft as post.

    Hello,
I have heard greatly about this plugin and I am interested in buying it, however I want to know if I will get what I wish.

The posts in my website will all be of specific format, and I expect many people to contribute towards posting on my website. What I need to know is, is there a way to create a form (in a page for those who wish to post) where in when people enter data in text field, choose options from dropdown, check specific boxes, it all gets saved in my post draft waiting for my review. Futher more, is it possible for customizing the look of the post after the user has entered the data, for example creating a table or arranging data according to how I want?

I hope you all can understand what I am trying to ask here.

  2. You can set the post status to Draft when you create the form, so that user submitted content will not be published until you review and approve it. The drop down for setting the status looks like this: http://minus.com/lbn9RaMKrtpHJs (mine is set to "Published" currently, but draft is another option.)

You can customize the look of the post using the content template, which is shown in the lower half of that screenshot. You can use HTML there and have complete control over the look of the post before it's published.

    Thank you for replying, Chris.

Bought the plugin a few days ago. Loving it so far, I just wanted to ask one thing, is there any add-on that allows me to customize my template and add tables or other things automatically?

  4. Not that I know of, not automatically. You are going to have to learn some HTML or find someone who can help you with it. Or, post in the regular support forums and we will help you where we can with the HTML to accomplish your goals.
