I am looking for help with customizing our wordpress form. We are creating a site that allows cancer patients to search other cancer patients with a similar diagnosis. I have a few things that we need done...
1. There are two types of users. One type will provide information and the other one will seek information. There have been two forms created for that. In the membership directory, we will need for you to easily distinguish between the two.
2. We need a field that calculates the days between the current date and the date the individual was diagnosed with cancer, so when a search is made, it is continually current in either days months or years. Whichever is applicable at the time.
2. We need a better search form than a simple profile search plugin can provide. For example...if the user is searching for a 4 year survivor, they get everyone who has survived 4+ years and not just 4 years.
