    For example.

    I need to know if this program can perform the following. Here is an example.

    https://feefighters.com/credit_card/signup_a/new

    The key is the next button which goes to the next 6 pages. What programing language would I use otherwise? What add on would do this?

    What you're describing is a single, multi-page form. It's all the same form, but with different "paged" sections.

    Gravity Forms 1.5 will have this as core functionality. You can see a simple example here.
