Different Redirect after Completed form

    I have a basic form to join our site. Basically you can be a VIEWER (read the blog) or APPLY to be listed on our site (a writter). There is a checkbox "Are you a writter? YES or NO".

    If NO I want to redirect them to .com/welcome
    If YES I want to redirect them to .com/apply

    Can this be done? I would love to only use one form!
