Do we need an active support license to have access to documentation, upgrades?

  1. I think the subject line explains it. I'm wondering if I need to renew our license in a year, to get access to:

    - documentation
    - upgrades

  2. Yes, you'll need to renew your license to continue to access to the support resources, documentation and upgrades.

    The renewal fee will be discounted substantially based on which license you purchased. We'll be announcing actual renewal rates sometime in the near future.
