    I can't figure out my login information to access the documentation. Can you look it up by the license key?

    You have to register using the exact same PAYPAL email address you used to purchase the plugin. The email address you registered with is not that email address.

    Since you are already registered all you need to do is Edit Profile and then change your email address to the correct email address. This is the PayPal email address that was used to purchase the plugin. Once you do that, you will gain access to the private areas of the support site.
