Does GF integrate with any WP membership plugins out of the box?

I'm building a BuddyPress membership site and after my research I believe that GF will do most of what I want but I have questions about some issues.

Here's what I'm trying to do:

I'm building an event based website with community functionality (BuddyPress). People register for the site by completing a members profile form which is customized to include groups they want to belong to (check boxes for Outdoor Events, Cooking Events, etc.). This would also be fed to our email provider, MailChimp, which segments which email notifications they will receive.

I believe that GF with the proper add-ons will accomplish everything above. Here's where I'm not sure about your plugin.

I want to have tiered membership subscriptions: Free members, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months with recurring payments automatically handled. In the scenario above their are actually only 2 membership levels that have access to different content (Free vs Paid) but the Paid has different subscriptions plans.

    So here are my questions:
    1. I assume that GF doesn't do the above and I require a membership plugin. Am I correct?
    2. Does GF integrate with any WP membership plugins out of the box so I don't have to hire a developer to custom code their integrate?

resently, I use Wishlish Member, DAP, and WPMUDev membership plugins but I've read that they don't integrate with GF out of the box. If GF doesn't have out of the box integration with any plugins, can you suggest a simple fix or work around for my situation. Thanks.

  2. 1. Your assumption is correct.

    2. There is no integration with any particular membership plugin. The members plugin by Justin Tadlock integrates closely with WordPress, and so does Gravity Forms, so they work together, but beyond that there is no specific integration.

Your application is fairly comprehensive and complex. Gravity Forms can help you collect data, but integrating with other services and plugins will need to be done with programming. Gravity Forms has the hooks and filters in place to allow you to do this, but it's a customization beyond the support we can provide here.

Thanks for your response. I'll check into how much customization might cost with WPMUDev membership plugin.

  5. Hiya,

I wrote up a tutorial that integrates Gravity Forms for Registration with our Membership plugin on WPMU DEV. Might be useful to you:
