Had an issue with dynamically populating fields due to the parameter not beginning with an uppercase letter. I found the solution on the forums here http://forum.gravityhelp.com/topic/populate-fields-dynamically#post-4262. It would be really helpful for others if you put that piece of info in the help within Gravity Forms, such as when you hover over the question mark.
