Easy Digital Downloads integration

    Is there any movement to mimic the functionality of or to integrate with Easy Digital Downloads?
    It's a shame that these two great plugins not work together.
    I need a way to allow people to download PDFs, etc and have the rom submissions be sent to Salesforce and to the Wordpress user registration database. Is that possible?

    I don't know of any way to merge Gravity Forms with Easy Digital Downloads. You could have it, just using Gravity Forms, so when a person fills out a form, on the confirmation page after they've submitted, it shows the link for a PDF download.

    David: how would I set up GF to show that Download PDF link to a user?

    Actually, here's what I need:
    * site Admin (not the Form Filler Outer) sends each Entry to a pdf
    * I can do that now with Entries/View/Print (to pdf)
    * but the default name scheme is unmanageable
    -- it's: {form name} Entry #10 (etc.; it increments)
    * how/where can I rename the default name?
    -- to be (example) the form's Name Field
    -- so the team can easily sort that directory and identify who sent which form?
    * to do this to all Entries at once would be ideal.
    -- like: "Print All Entries to PDF using Name Field as Title"

    (This is an interim strategy, but would serve nicely for the next months...)

    You are hoping Gravity Forms can generate that PDF? You can have it generate a PDF on form submission using a third party add-on - http://wordpress.org/plugins/gravity-forms-pdf-extended/

    That's as close as I could get you to what you want as there aren't any hooks for what you are looking for currently as the file name of the print job would be controlled by the PDF printer utility you are using, and not by Gravity Forms.

    I've never used Easy Digital Downloads, but I recently downloaded the free WooCommerce - - excelling eCommerce plugin and noticed that it has digital-download functionality.
