Emailing links for specific Forms

    The product looks exactly what I want to use and therefore purchase, but I have one specific question I need help with.

    I want to do the following:
    1/ Create a specific Form
    2/ Copy it X times, X >> 1
    3/ Email links to the specific copies of the form to specific people for them to fill out.
    4/ Ensure that the specific copy is filled out only once.

    Now I can see how to do Points 1 & 2 above but I need help with 3 & 4. From the on-line documentation/topics/demos etc. I can't see where I would get the "link" that I can Email to someone. Can you confirm that this appears please.

    The form needs to be embedded in a page. So the link you send will be a link to a WordPress page where the copy of your form is embedded. And for #4, you can limit the number of entries per form. Sounds like in your case you need to limit the entries to one for each form.

    Does that clarify things?
