Error Processing Cards with Authorize.net Error:33

    Hello,

    I am getting the error "There was an error processing your credit card. Please verify the information and try again." on my form which is located here: https://barbarastonefoundation.org/?page_id=157
    The error code is 33 (commented out in the HTML). It's in Production Mode, I got the green checkmarks when I entered the Login ID and transaction key. If you need access to the admin section just let me know.

    Looks like it thinks a field was left blank?

    I can't determine what is left blank. Everything is being filled out. Let me ask you - when i set up the Authorize.net feed, should there be a drop-down for the price of the product? Or is that automatically detected? Here is a screenshot: http://erickar.be/shot.png

  4. It automatically knows the price - have you tried testing the form via the formbuilder preview window to see if you get the same error?

  6. I am confounded by this also. Everything worked fine for weeks. Transactions processed, no problem. All of a sudden, credit cards are not being processed. Same error message: "There was an error processing your credit card. Please verify the information and try again."
    Tried it in every browser. tried it using default theme. tried it deactivating plug ins. tried it with a new transaction key. Nothing is working.
