Hello!
I currently use Gravity forms on my website and have some customizations that are too advanced for my knowledge base in the amount of time that I need to accomplish them. I am looking to hire a developer to implement them. Details are below.
Thanks you so much for your time!

MorningChurch.com is an Event website for church and Christian events. The site is currently free for anyone to post in our covered areas (NorthEast US). Currently, when you go to the sie you can create an account (BuddyPress) and then submit and event (Gravity Forms). When the event is submitted, a draft post is created with and an admin then has to go in to approve/post. To format it to fit the site, the admin also needs to (1) select the uploaded image as the Featured image, (2) add the month and date of the event to the event name, and (3) change the posting date to 30 days before. Here is the direct link to the submission page: http://morningchurch.com/submit-an-event/ .
I am looking for a way to make the form submission process more automatic:
(1) Automatically know that a user has posted an event before and it is automatically approved/posted.
(2) The uploaded image is automatically selected as the featured image for the post.
(3) The singular month and singular date of the event is added to the beginning of the post (for example: (MM/DD: [Submitted Event Title])
(4) The reason we change the event posting date to 30 days before is so that events will display on the site exactly 30 days before the events date, if there is a better way to implement this so that we wouldn't have to keep making this edit to each post, that would be great.
