Excel each value by column

Hi, actually when we export to csv we can see in Excel that :
column A1 = all the fields name separate by delimiter
AND
all message form for each line
BUT
it is possible to see it like thta :
in the cell A1 we can read the field name 1 and in the cell A2 we can read the value for the cell A1. Ex: A1= what is your name? and cell A2 = David
