export CSV directly from entries page

    Hi GF Team,

I've got a very frustrated client who, after I told him "sure, Gravity Forms exports to CSV!" now finds it almost unusable. Uh oh.

The problem is that the Export Forms option dumps all results from a form into one CSV. They want to pick and choose what to export.

The preferred option is to add "Export CSV" in the "Bulk Entries" drop down on the Entries tab. Printing is nice, but why not add an "export CSV" in that drop down to make it easy to download the results of a specific form?

Hope this isn't something that will take months to get implemented. Have seen others requesting similar feature so sure my client isn't the only one who needs it.

    Thanks. :)

  2. I'll move this to feature requests.

  3. This feature is also important for my application. When my client submits a form, I would like the option for GF to generate a CSV for that submission only. I'm using the CSV data to populate a PDF. Going to Import/Export is not to bad, but why not include that option in Confirmation or Notification?

Possible to pay for this development? My client is finding that having CSV exports is an integral function that they need. Unfortunately, having CSV exports in just one place (where every result is exported in bulk) is insufficient. Ideally, having the ability to email the results of the form as a CSV and having individual CSV export in the entries area would solve these issues.

Possible to hire a Gravity Forms staff member to get this expedited?

  6. Rocketgenius (Gravity Forms) does not do any custom development. You can post on the job board if you'd like quotes from interested developers. http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/forum/job-board
