Followed documentation, add-on not showing up

    Followed all documentation, set up new form and set as user reg form. When I refresh my registration page it's not showing up: http://dealer.bariboots.com/wp-login.php?action=register

    Any ideas? Maybe I missed something simple?

    Hi Ben,

    You'll want to specify which page your registration form resides on in the User Registration Settings (go to "Settings" under the "Forms" menu then selected "User Registration" at the top). You should see this: http://grab.by/b35W
