Force Registration for Non-logged in Users

    Hi
I would like to use the registration form on the default wordpress registration page - any ideas on how to do that?

Bascially, I want to force users to sign in or register before they can access the site. I know there are plugins that force login, but they make you use the default wordpress registration form in that case.

I can't find a plugin that allows you to customize the registration process like this form does (to upload profile image from the get go, rather than after the fact)

    Any input would be appreciated
    thanks

Noticed you have been waiting a while so I thought Id help you out.

    --------------------

    Plugin: Members
    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/members/

    --- Plugin Details ---
    Updated: This month
    Downloads: 91,500
    Rating: 4.5 out of 5

    --------------------

You don't have to use their signup forms (You can use the gravity forms)
    - Also comes with a sidebar login form

    --------------------

With this plugin you can hide certain text, pages, posts or ALL from Un-Registered users.
Just put a Register form on the homepage (make sure you don't lock/private the homepage)

Use short codes if you want to hide some of the text/content anywhere or on the homepage if that is where your register form is.

[Shortcode example] This text will be hidden from non-members [/Shortcode example]

    --------------------
You can add features to users/member levels. Normally a "subscriber" level member can't write posts but you can check a box that will allow "subscribers" to do that one thing or more (or even less).

  5. @danyb, please being a new topic for your issue. cmccrone was helping Ariel but we will be happy to help you achieve what you want to do with Gravity Forms. Please explain what content is being kept from unregistered visitors (in other words, why do they need to register? What can't they see without registering?) Thank you.
