Form data not getting to MailChimp

  1. I created a Gravity form for signups to a newsletter I will be producing shortly. I tested the form and it worked great, passing my own registration to MailChimp and sending me an opt-in email. I see I've since received 16 more sign-ups, none of which appear in MailChimp. So, I did another sign-up of my own using a different email account to discover that something in the chain is broken. I just don't know what it is.

The MailChimp list, form, map fields, and double opt-in conditions are set.

    Can anyone help?

  2. We would be glad to take a look. It's most likely an issue of your server not allowing your site to communicate with the MailChimp API due to server settings.

In order to look into this issue you would need to send me:

    - WordPress admin login for the site
    - FTP login for the site
    - MailChimp login

  3. Hello,

The add-on for Gravity Forms MailChimp seems not to send data to MailChimp.
Everything is well configured with all required fields actually connected.
We tried to connect only required fields or all fields (and also with hidden ones to match perfectly with the mailchimp suscribe form and when we don't want them appear on our website).

We don't understand why it's not working.
(May be since we added fields or imported contacts directly into MailChimp ?)

Have you any idea to solve this problem ?

    Configuration :
    WordPress Multisite version 3.2.1
    Gravity Forms version 1.5.2.8
    Mailchimp add-on for Gravity Forms

We have already contacted MailChimp who told us to call you.
    Best Regards.

  4. @mp2013 You will need to start a new forum thread for this. Don't piggy back on someone else's issue as not all issues are the same. Please start a new forum thread with the information you posted here AND go ahead and do what I told the user above to do and send me the information I requested from him. Include a link to your new forum post in that email.
