Form not looking same in IE8. Need looking same in all common used browser

    Project Fix webform so submit button looks right
    in IE8 and new browsers.

    Details: http://www.renttoownhotlist.com has the submit button and field name not coded correctly so it looks the same in IE8. We had it looking fine in IE9, latest chrome, latest firefox
    and safari but not IE8. My programmer can't figure it out.
