Form not registering new users

    Hello,

    I've set up a user registration form, a feed and have set that feed to 'Create User'. When the form is submitted, no user is created.

    I have extra fields besides the standard login fields, but as far as I'm aware only name and email are required.

    I also have it set to send email upon activation and no emails are being sent.

    Not sure what else I have to do to make it work.

    Perhaps adding the required 'Username' field might help :)
