Form submitting/saving after confirmed payment?

    My scenario is this.

    Selling a service, I would need to have a form to get users information, and then upon submitting they would then pay with paypal, but I would only want the form they just submitted to be saved after they have paid for the service/it has been confirmed. I'm thinking of getting the developer package as it has paypal options, but I would only get it if it does what I explained above.

    Thanks, follow up question.
    When the user submits the form and is directed to paypal, then pays and the order is confirmed, will the order show up in the admin as "paid"?
