forms fields are not all mapping to mailchimp

I created a form on mailchimp with a checkbox and a radio button field and created the same fields on a Gravity form yet when I went to map, neither checkbox or radio button field appeared on the mapping screen. I ended up with only half of my data pushed to mailchimp.

Am I missing something?

I found the problem, the fields I was trying to map to on mailchimp were created in their form builder. I went into settings on the list and added two more fields and that worked perfect.
