No, dynamic duplication of fields like that is not a supported feature.
The only thing we have that is similar is the new List Field in Gravity Forms v1.6 Beta 1 which was just released that lets you capture lists of data, including multi-column lists like data grids. See this screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/IITrO.png
So if it was something as simple as the team example you linked to, the List Field could do something similar but not exactly like that.
Love to hear if Gravity Forms is going to support this. This is a feature I would really like to use.
Especially with custom images.
We still do not have conditionally created field sets. It is something we are still looking at developing, but it is complex.
